The national park covers nearly one-third of the island, showcasing its stunning natural beauty. A highlight of Mljet is the area where the sea deeply penetrates the interior, forming the Great Lake and Little Lake.
Nestled within the Great Lake is the island of St. Mary, home to a Benedictine monastery dating back to the twelfth century. Your visit to Mljet includes a guided tour of the national park, a visit to the monastery, and a leisurely ride on the lake, all included in the price.
